Established in 1865, we are a sake brewery deeply rooted in time-honored techniques, local flavors, and an unyielding spirit of innovation. 

While our mainstay has always been sake, our journey expanded in 1984 to include the crafting of Shochu, followed by the introduction of our exquisite Ume-sake in 2002. Our portfolio has since flourished to encompass yuzu-infused sake, mirin (sweet sake) and pear wine.

Harnessing the bounty of Tottori Prefecture’s local ingredients and raw materials, our sake is a testament to the region’s essence.

Moreover, we're passionately dedicated to sharing our craft beyond prefectural borders, extending our reach not just across Japan but venturing into foreign markets as well.
